21. Study hard - I want smart ball players
22. Always act like gentlemen. Be an example in the class and in the halls
23. Only 5 men can play at one time, and I want the everyone on the bench to be behind those 5 or turn in their suit
24. Dress like gentlemen on all trips. Don't be afraid to wear a sports coat or suit. Let's make it an honor to play on this ball team
25. Suggested menu when playing a game at 8:30 (Dinner at 5pm) dry toast, baked potato, steak or poached eggs cup of bouillon, tea, half a pear or peach. Note: avoid greasy foods - especially days of games
26. Remember that winning is important. Otherwise, why keep score?
27. East Canton could be one of the top teams in the county this year
I like being on the winner's side. Let's set our goals high and win the Stark County Championship. Hustle all the time - Play for the team.
